چکیده
The present study tested and extended the motivational process of Job Demands-Resources (JD-R) theory to explicate role signature strengths use as a personal resource organizational support for job host outcomes. Our greater interest was examine serial parallel mediation employee-level variables (i.e., work engagement, performance, turnover intentions) between both types resources (personal job) outcomes performance turnover). We collected data from 202 top managers 56 branches large bank in Pakistan. participants filled most variables, whereas concerned officials provided objective ratings turnover. results indicated indirect effect strength on perceived mediated by intentions. Signature also showed direct performance. findings illustrate potential benefits using one's employee success reiterate importance enhancing management groups who turn can contribute substantially

It takes two to tango
The vertebrate inner ear has time and again surprised neurobiologists by adding new wrinkles to known mechanisms of cellular signaling. among those surprises, was the discovery that nicotinic acetylcholine receptors (related to those that excite muscle) inhibit cochlear hair cells when acetylcholine (aCh) is released from efferent neurons. Inhibition occurs because calcium entering through the ...
متن کاملMeiotic chromosomes: it takes two to tango.
Meiosis is a special type of cell division that produces haploid gametes from diploid parental cells. Chromosome number is reduced during meiosis because a single round of DNA replication is followed by two rounds of chromosome segregation (Fig. 1). Fusion of two gametes during sexual reproduction restores the diploid chromosome complement. The second division of meiosis (the equational divisio...

An unsolved mystery in cell biology is how unusually large secretory cargoes are exported from the endoplasmic reticulum. In this issue, Santos et al. (2016. J. Cell Biol http://dx.doi.org/10.1083/jcb.201603072) report the function of a Mia2/cTAGE5 transcript fusion, named TALI, in the endoplasmic reticulum export of chylomicrons and very low-density lipoproteins, but not collagen XII.
متن کاملIt Takes Two to Tango: The Fit Between Network Context and Inter-Organizational Strategic Information Systems Planning
The view of evaluating Strategic Information Systems Planning (SISP) process and effectiveness has matured. The inter-organizational view or network view however is understudied. The introduction of information strategy in networks seems to be more reactive than proactive; many organizations continue to use SISP as a way to support their internal decision-making process without actually co-oper...
متن کاملIt Takes T to Tango
Of three recently cloned T-type voltage-gated calcium channels, alpha(1g) is most likely responsible for burst firing in thalamic relay cells. These neurons burst during various thalamocortical oscillations including absence seizures. In this issue of Neuron, Kim et al. inactivated alpha(1g), and resultant mice were deficient in relay cell bursting and resistant to GABA(B) receptor-dependent ab...
